If you as teachers are happy, then we’re happy too. We want to facilitate your growth and if that goes hand in hand with career development, then we can offer that to you. Our outstanding teachers often get the chance to progress into training or supervisor roles, however, if that’s not your cup of tea, you may get the chance to join the recruiting team. Often, our stand-out teachers get the opportunity to go to many varying locations around China to showcase their skills in demo classes for potential new students to watch.
